Music Program Highlights at Cornerstone
Every student in PreK through 6th grade receives weekly, age-appropriate music instruction in both instrumental and choral disciplines. This foundation fosters musical literacy, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
Elementary Excellence
Our 3rd–6th Grade Elementary Choir recently earned all superior ratings at the AISA Elementary Choral Festival in Montgomery, AL, underscoring the dedication and talent of our young singers and their instructors.
Secondary Offerings
High School students in grades 7–12 may participate in a range of ensemble opportunities designed to cultivate performance, discipline, and collaboration:
- Marching Band
- Concert Band
- Worship Choir (a new vocal ensemble starting Fall 2026)
Honoring Veterans and Our Nation
The Men of Cornerstone, an ensemble comprising our 7th–12th grade young men, male faculty and the Pre K Elementary students, recently united to honor veterans during the 250th Year of celebrating our great nation. These groups exemplify the school’s commitment to musical excellence and community service.
Looking Ahead
As Cornerstone’s music program continues to grow, students will find expanded performance opportunities, collaborative projects, and leadership roles across both elementary and secondary levels.
